A 6,000+ sq ft social-entertainment venue at Infiniti Mall, Malad West — FlatPackCo executed the complete interior fit-out across fixed furniture, counters, fire-rated doors and bespoke bowling-zone detailing, through four rounds of additional scope right up to the venue's opening.
DDUCKPIN, at Infiniti Mall, Malad West, is India's first duckpin bowling bistro — a 6,000+ sq ft venue that brings the North American duckpin format to Indian consumers, alongside India's first 3D interactive snooker table, private karaoke rooms and a full-service café-bar. Founded by Rohan Mathur with backing from Complete Sports Management, the venue is built as a social hub where guests move between games, food and conversation rather than a conventional food court outlet.
FlatPackCo's base scope covered the fixed furniture and civil-interior package across the FOH, MOH and BOH zones: a low-height partition at the MOH counter with LED-lit facia, a partly glazed 'L' partition separating MOH from BOH, expanded-metal-mesh screening in black powder coat, art wall boxing at the back counter bar, a glass-enclosed FOH pod finished in fluted toughened glass (4160 × 2715 × 3250 mm), an oversized FRP bowling pin sculpture, mirror panelling, open-shelf display storage, and six doors including two 2-hour fire-rated kitchen and service doors.
As the design evolved through pre-opening walkthroughs, FlatPackCo delivered four further rounds of scope on a live site — POS counters and a toughened-glass entry door, janitor storage and toilet detailing, mirror panelling and stainless-steel corner guards around the bowling lanes, and height modifications to the community table and chairs — closing out in time for DDUCKPIN's opening.

Anti-rust treated MS framework fabricated for the low-height MOH partition, the glazed 'L' partition between MOH and BOH, and the expanded-metal-mesh screen — clad in HDHMR / fire-retardant plywood ready for laminate, micro-concrete and glass finishes.
Back and front counters finished in leather-finish granite, the fluted-glass FOH pod, open-shelf display storage, the service station and the oversized FRP bowling pin built and installed in parallel.
2-hour fire-rated kitchen and service doors installed to code, followed by four rounds of additional scope — POS counters, bowling-area panelling, stainless corner guards and furniture modifications — delivered on a live site through to opening.

A 15-day QSR fit-out with green-toned storefront signage, tiled service counters, channel-tufted booths, and rattan pendant ceilings.
